April 14, 2014 - Yes, this. Complicated, bight acidity, citrus, yadda, yadda, yadda - goes on forever. All you need is a glass and a quiet corner to sit, smell and sip; that said, if you happen to have some orange/cardamom/lemongrass cupcakes laying around, they might be a really inspired pairing. Just sayin'.

    4/22/15, 8:01 PM - It's a dry wine, right?

4/22/15, 8:35 PM - Maybe a touch off dry, but you wouldn't notice with the acidity. Certainly not the sweetness of a Bual or Malmsey. But not as dry as a Sercial with the same age...

9/29/18, 11:07 AM - SLB83 - I would pour at cellar temperature (55-60° F) and drink as it warms up to room temp. You'll miss a lot of the complexity if it's served too cold.
