  April 27, 2014 - "Found" this beauty in the cellar. Made me smile thinking of a trip to Santorini. I was concerned because of its age and decided to open it to test it. Pnp: age has definitely changed the taste. It has definitely lost some of it's minerality with age. Flavors changed from sharp crisp lemon and lime fruits to more mellow melon and stone fruit. It's developed into a more rich wine. Not bad at all but definitely a departure of what I remember it being.
