  May 4, 2014 - Wow, what a big wine! Enjoyed this wine with my wife at Rowlends in Blowing Rock, NC. Opened a couple hours prior to heading to restaurant, then filtered and decanted about 30 min before drinking. Lots of body, very peppery in a good way, grabs you from the start and has a long smooth finish. Last glass, like always, was the best.
