  July 20, 2007 - Enjoyed this bottle. Rich dark fruits of plum and black currant dominate the nose with notes of licorice and tobacco. Flavors include a rich blueberry with clove spice and cola. A little sweet fruit forward when first opened. I vacuum corked most of the bottle and drank next day. On day two, sweetness was balanced with other flavors, reflecting more of an old world style. Next time, I will decant for at least two hours to find the balance between my pop-and-pour taste and second day taste.
