  May 12, 2014 - Decanted at La Trompette. Was a great partner for our food combinations (fish and chicken/guinea fowl.) It was worth decanting as the wine continued to evolve throughout the evening and opened up. Light to mid yellow and the age was definitely noticeable. Slightly buttered and oak was evident on the nose although well integrated. A fine drink.
