May 16, 2014 - Crushed rocks, lemon curd, lanolin, honey, and stone fruits form a delineated, and clear-cut nose. With time a little orange peel comes into play; on the palate there is phenomenal concentration, tension, and the finish is rather long; the fruit unfolds layer, after layer, and the finish is a saliva-inducing mix of bitter orange marmalade, minerality, citrus essence, and a savoury aspect. Beautiful!
