  May 17, 2014 - Slow Oed for 3+ hours then decanted prior to taking to offline. Dark, no sed. Wonderful nose a of dark berries, vanilla, flowers n spice. Palate also big, no noteable heat, good balance n structure. This new worldean Syrah blend stood out tonight from our heralded old world selection. Hold or drink with some airtime.
