May 25, 2014 - Like a bag of minerals mixed with lemon juice - lovely, firm, taut wine with flinty aromatics bellowing out of the glass. Everything a Chablis should be, with the fruit being there only to allow the minerals to express themselves. Great stuff.

To be honest, I dont have enough experience of drinking Chablis through its various stages - I've had either super lean or heavier and softer. I prefer the lean stuff.
