  June 1, 2014 - Golden yellow in color with a nose of peach, butterscotch, honey, and mild bourbon. Full bodied and rich, decent complexity, but lacking in acidity. The bottle tastes a bit off and I just didn't love it. I have one bottle left so will let it sit and see if it comes together.
