  June 4, 2014 - I had the opportunity to open 6 bottles of this at once for a charity wine tasting. Plenty of bottle variation from quite fruity to barnyard to mud. Some of the bottles showed a terrific combination of rustic complexity and powerful Syrah fruit. Others were just muddy and unpleasant. Even at the price, this is too variable a wine to buy two bottles for every one I want to drink.
