  June 22, 2014 - Old world style. Not as fragrant as expected for cab franc, but very pleasant with smoke, leather, dark cherry, and blackcurrant. Silky mouthfeel with well integrated tannins. Acid could be a bit higher, although still a great food wine. Enjoyed over the course of an evening with the wine getting better, more harmonious and more interesting as the night went on.
