  June 28, 2014 - Opened 3 hours before drinking. We didnt decant....I kind of wish we did based on how much the wine changed in our glasses. This is a beautiful wine. The tannins smoothed out significantly in the glass allowing cassis, some leather and dark fruit to mesh together nicely. This went perfectly with my filet mignon. Yum!!
