  July 3, 2014 - Vibrant, floral, pure, fresh and detailed with more power than one would expect from a 2006. Red fruited, raspberry/strawberry/red cherry, touch of sous bois, white pepper, floral, lifted but drying and pure mineral finish. Just what we felt like tonight with a Epoisses Souffle. Be better in 5+ years.
