July 5, 2014 - A blend of 100% Illinois-grown Frontenac, Chambourcin, and Marechal Foch, from one of my favorite local wineries. Paired with barbecued ribs. Ruby colored in the glass, cherry in the nose and on the palate. Well-liked by all.
