  July 13, 2014 - This Burgundy is drinking really nicely now. We popped and poured. Great nose of red and black fruit, spice and barnyard. Smooth palate. Once it sat in the glass an hour or so, the spice and barnyard disappeared and the red fruit really stood out. It felt like it was on its way out....I would recommend drinking soon.
