  July 31, 2014 - The wine was bright, medium yellow-golden in colour, with intense, fine perlage, and offered lemon peal and bread on the nose. On the palate the wine showed lemon, apple, a hint of peach and bread, paired with creamy mousse, lively, medium-plus acidity and very good length. The medium-bodied Champage had moderate complexity, but was balanced and very fresh.
