August 15, 2014 - If you're looking for something to pair with a properly aged, marbled steak, this is the wine for you. Incredible flavour profile of dried peppers and cigar box. Closest thing that I have had is the always excellent Chateau Musar from Beqaa Valley, Lebanon. Robust, delicious.
