  August 15, 2014 - Much better than the last bottle. Fresher and more brooding if that makes sense. Surprisingly little sediment when decanted. Drinking well now, will last, but I don't think long term as it seems just a little lightweight. I'll keep the others a little while yet though and see how they develop
