  August 16, 2014 - Such a nice balance. Not particularly bold in any respect; subtle. Some greenness, some tannons, some acidity, medium finish. Most impressive I think is the nose. Bell pepper and je ne sais quoi. I was fortunate enough to share this with a friend who let me enjoy more than half the bottle. Was it perfect? In a word, yes. But, I don't spend this much on a bottle of wine when I could buy 3 nearly-perfect bottles of wine at the same cost. I do feel fortunate that I have been invited to experience two bottles of this vintage this year.
