  August 16, 2014 - Poured with a garnet coloring and a hint of bricking around the rim. The nose stayed muted during the evening, but the flavor profile include black cherry, cassis, pepper, and leather. The tannins left long ago and this bottle was beginning to show its age! Great cab with steaks however.
