August 25, 2014 - PnP. Smells like citrus juice and peel, gently vanilla scented custard, savory bread crust, minty herbs, crushed stone, and hints of VA and smoke. On the palate, fresh and lively with huge acidity. Sour orange, understated tropical fruits, crusty sourdough bread, and stony minerality. Lingering citrus and minerality. Medium bodied, with a slight oiliness. No explicit oxidized character, but a slight savoriness adds to the moreishness. Good stuff!
