August 23, 2014 - I had this after dinner on 8/23/14. It had a rich, ripe bouquet of smoke, beef blood, black cherry, burnt toast, mocha and spice aromas. The palate was rich, ripe, dry and structured with flavors of burnt toast, black cherry, char and spice.
