August 29, 2014 - Probably one of best value for money even though it costs fair bit more in Australia.
Dark crimson with hint of purple rim. Concentrated and strikingly purfumed nose. Earth, lavender, black and blue fruits, hint of oak. On the palate, close to full bodied, rich, fresh, fruity, tones of black and blue fruits, good acidity and drying tanins. Quite dry but not at all harsh. Probably peaks in year or two. I will drink it now for the youthful young gutsy flavour. Very well done. I like it better than 2011 but will see.
