  September 7, 2014 - Tastes like cherry cola, with tannin. Loads of fruit and good depth on the palate. Young with a snappy bitter edge and a hint of tar. Balanced with nice complexity, would be terrific with hearty fare like osso buco. This will age, but probably best consumed young, by 2022.
