  Overall: A medium-full bodied wine, med+ acidity, med+ fruit, Med tannin, with a complex and lasting finish. This wine is really in a beautiful spot now. I can see this finally for what it is...a well made, modern-styled vision of what Syrah can be. This is a wine that can accentuate a great & complex food pairing...or can be enjoyed alone. I wish I could trade my 2009 for another bottle of 2008. Outstanding!!!
