  September 26, 2014 - Man I was worried. The cork was soft and wet and the nose was very reticent at first but man was this a great bottle. The nose slowly loosens some honey, peach and orange peel. The palate is almost too intense still with laser like acidity and loads of apricot, green apple and honey. An amazing partner to foi gras with berry compote. Eternal finish.
