  September 28, 2014 - Bottle @ home. Pours a deep violet appearance. Leather, fruit skins, plums, black cherries, currants, and some booze in the nose. Moderately high tannins. Pretty high acidity. Strong cherry juice flavor that's a little jammy. Some booze on the finish. High acidity. Full body. Lingering tart fruits. Not spectacular but a nice sipper on a Sunday night.
