  October 1, 2014 - Simply an amazing bottle of wine. Faint gold color with a distinct bee wax scent. Also crab apple and slate. Focused, and flat mid pallet but in a good way - it takes up space. Precise and layered. It's a cerebral wine and delicious. I'm not sure but I wouldn't be surprised if this wine was drinking incredible in 5 years time. I opened it up and put it on ice and drank it over a 4 hour window. Enjoying this watching my Giants take on the Pirates for the NL wildcard. GO GIANTS!!!!
