  October 5, 2014 - This was very shy and reticent on opening and took every bit of 5 hours to open( opened, not decanted) but when it did, it was really quite extraordinary with flavors of rich cassis, earth, leather, sanguine notes and perhaps the very barest suggestion of green peppers. There was abit of white pepper on the longish finish. The tannins, while not particularly obtrusive, are still quite firm and chalky. Even though this is still young, after a few hours this was really drinking well.
