October 11, 2014 - Big Bordeaux VIII : 1990 (Kevin's house): Lots of stones and minerals. Rocks and acid. There is an oxidized quality that adds complexity and is not significant. I really like this style and wish that white Bordeaux was more available around here.

1/17/15, 3:47 PM - Hey, I see that you have tried this wine recently. I have some in my cellar; I do enjoy a well-aged Bdx blanc and appreciated the oxidized character (like I love my 15+ year old Lopez Rioja Blancos' oxidation)... but it seems that between the three of you at this tasting only one had much to say on when to drink. Do you think this wine is in any danger of going over the hill or start fading soon? Or do you think it will gain any character or complexity in the coming few years? Trying to decide if I want to hold this or not... last bottle.
