  October 25, 2014 - Presented my ideal level of earthy tones and funk in an aged wine to compliment the rich dark fruit that still holds up very well. Fruit, alcohol, tannins all in balance at this time. Decanted in the glass and the half bottle wine preserved and kept in the fridge was even better the next day. Wish I had more!
