  November 1, 2014 - We totally enjoyed this fabulous Cabernet at our 40/15 Anniversary dinner with Matt, Laura & Christi. We could have cellared this for a couple more years, but we went with the suggested drinking time from Cellar Tracker. It opened up so well and it was amazing with our meal.
