  October 31, 2014 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, mocha, cedar, licorice and spice. Blackberry jam, cherry, licorice, spice and lingering tannins on the palate. Leads to long, velvety smooth, finish. Dense and full bodied. Paired with three cheese pasta.
