November 14, 2014 - Carpe Vino!; 11/9/2014-11/15/2014 (Tuscany (Florence, Montalcino, Siena)): This was acidic at the beginning (and not in a good way). Very light flavor. A table wine for sure. This was almost rust-tasting. Love the Suolo from these guys, but this wine wasn't for me.

2/28/15, 7:48 PM - As a rdM, this is 100% sangiovese, it is NOT a blend. What you are describing is an IGT. Rosso di Argiano?

3/1/15, 8:37 AM - We drank this at the winery - this was a direct quote from the person who was doing the tasting. When I looked on their website to see if perhaps I was mistaken, there is no other wine that this could be. We drank through all of them except the Suolo and I have notes against each of the others. Understand that normally one would expect this to be Sangiovese, but it wasn't what the person running our tasting said.

3/1/15, 8:55 AM - Sorry, but it's legally impossible for a blended wine to be sold as a rosso di Montalcino. I suspect you had the Argiano Non Confunditur 2012
