  November 15, 2014 - Man I love finding a good GV. Lots of citrus, pith, toasted sesame seeds a little blocky in style like a white rhone but totally different wine. Generious peach, pear and pit fruits surrounded by a dry frame. Really enjoyed!

  12/2/14, 5:11 PM - Can't say I've found the perfect pairing yet but asian food, especially pho is killer. Have had with some veggie and chicken roasts that were really good too. I think of bright fresh food when i think of pairing GV.
