Community Tasting Note

  November 29, 2014 - Opened and left to slow ox for an hour. Small sample showed light garnet color and funk on the nose. Palate was off as i had just finished some tomato soup.
  
  Two hours later we paired it with duck breast, wilted spinach, mushroom, pecans and whatever else my wife put in it. The funky nose remained and was very pleasant. The palate was light fruit and a little tart. Went very well with the duck. Very AFWE.

  11/29/14, 5:53 PM - I would agree. Michael A sent me a list of available wines last week and Momtazi is on it. Tempted to pick up a few more. I love funky wines.
