  November 30, 2014 - Opened with grilled tilapia, then drank over the next 3+ hours. Aroma has green apple and limestone. Taste has green apple, which became even more prominent as the wine warmed up. It has a nice viscous feel on the palate that allows the taste to linger. I'll be interested to see how this develops over time and will let my other 3 bottles sit for quite a few years.
