November 14, 2014 - A glorious and educational tasting of Swiss wines (Bern, Switzerland): A very ripe nose with a hint of what seems to be botrytis, moving to flint. I love the palate entry. Vigorous, energetic and clean, cutting, quite tart and "green" in personality. Clean, focused and just really nice on the finish. This is a solid and quite interesting wine.

12/1/14, 1:23 AM - Eric, glad you liked the Completer, which is an amazing grape.
But I doubt this is grown at 1150 meters. I believe the vineyards are in Jenins, which is at about 600 meters. -

Impressive tasting! -
