December 14, 2014 - 12.0% - Clear, med to light lemon / clean, med intensity - citrus (lemon, yuzu), fennel, yeasty brioche, ton of chalk / dry, high zippy acidity, med to light elegant body, med+ intensity, lingering finish, creamy texture, very pure and perfectly balanced. This second bottle confirms that this is the best from Pepiere I've had so far.
