  December 14, 2014 - Inky, red with considerable sediment. Open for 2 hours. Black berries, oak, caramel and alcohol - reminds me of brandy. Deep dark fruit, dusty, tart. Certainly powerful and heady. Finishes firmly with blackberry jam. Medium length finish. Attractive today but with the stuffing to keep going.
