  December 20, 2014 - This is not a rose, rather a red champagne. Deep red color. Odd nose at first, after 30 minutes opening up. Rose petals, raspberry and iodic, almost saline notes. On the palate, very strong minerality, faint leather, a little mint. Smoothing Little bit after 90 min, still freaky, drinking Nicely while decorating the Christmas tree. Next bottle in three years
