September 17, 2007 - Drank with Williams and Levys at Alma on a lovely, warm night, 17 Sept 07. Scallops and a dessert of chevre pastry with apple paired nicely. Long, sexy and smooth, this wine is what Burgundy is all about. One more bottle left; I'll approach it with great respect.
