  Needs an hour to open. Drinks incredibly well. The pinot fruit shows it's characteristics of age with fraises des bois and forest floor, a slightly musky side. There is a delightful fève tonka nutty, buttery sweetness.
  
  The palate is fresh, full and well balanced by a bright acidity.
  
  Superb.
