September 21, 2007 - A sparkling red Shiraz that is meant to be drunk cold. It's kind of strange to fool your tastebuds into drinking a sparkiling red. Just like the first time I ate green ketchup. Other than that I thought it was a typical Aussie Shiraz. Medium bodied and a little hot.
