  September 21, 2010 - Nose was slightly closed, on the palate the wine has started to gain more secondary flavours of licorish and cigar box. On the finish there is white pepper and drying tannins. This wine will continue to evolve and gain more earthy characteristics over the next few years, and is certainly an intriguing drink
