  January 10, 2015 - Sterling's reserve wines are smooth, mouth coating deliciousness at a great price...if you wait, watch, and can pounce. I bought a case of the 2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon a few years back and have slowly begun enjoying them. At seven years, they are in a nice place. The wine is dark and fragrant in the glass. Aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, chocolate, and a hint of graphite waft from the bottle and glass. Tannins are soft and supple but present. Black and blue fruit, tar, and coffee coat the tongue. As I was enjoying this last night, I received an email from Sterling with an offer for this same wine at 60 % off and free shipping. I picked up another case to enjoy over the next few years.
