  December 26, 2014 - Light gold colour in the glass, with a persistent moderate bead. On the nose, green apple, lemon zest, crushed rock, orange peel, toasted nuts, florals, and a touch of wood. On the palate, lemon zest, green apple, mineral, with medium plus acids, a moderate roundness, but finishes quite bitter with tastes of walnut skin. I was not really keen on this, but that put me in the minority.
