  January 15, 2015 - Early on the nose showed rather herbal with camphor and mint dominant though air brought lovely strawberry fruit, rose petals, and a touch of strawberry pop tart to the fore. With a subtle sense of richness this drifts across the palate showing off excellent richness and elegance. Bright and taut with subtle length to the precise cranberry fruit, this is fine and long with subtle tannins and a hint of orange peel on the finale. I thought this was the Roumier but truth be told I had somehow mixed up these final two wines and was a little confused by the discussion when we got down to discussing these wines.
