January 16, 2015 - Little grassy and peppery on the nose with some dark fruit lurking around. Tastes of blackberry, cherry and fairly sweet vanilla with quite a hint of white pepper and unobtrusive oak. Quite fine tannins, shortish length. Pleasant enough and going well with simple BBQ tonight.
