  January 22, 2015 - Nose of pineapple, flowers, eucalyptus (or asparagus), nutty element.
  
  On the palate, beautiful citrus notes. Long grapefuite finish, nice crisp acidity. Very tasty. Interesting when comparing with my last notes. 4 more bottles left, so we'll see how it goes.
